Honestly, I'm running out of places to put all my tomatoes. I have them on the window sill. I have them in big bowls on the counter. I have them on big platters on the kitchen table. 

We're using them as fast as we can in as many ways as possible.  I made pasta sauce and bruchette. My hubby made salsa and loves to eat them raw. We use them on pizza and gave some to the neighbor.  

I waited all summer for these beauties and now they're here but there are so many I feel overwhelmed. What a splendid problem to have.
